Google API Policy

This page describes exactly how IndexHub uses data received from Google APIs. IndexHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Scopes we request

openid, email, profile	Basic account info	Your Google account email and name — only to label the connected account on the Integrations page.
webmasters.readonly	Read-only access to Google Search Console	Clicks, impressions, average positions, search queries and pages of your sites — in the dashboard, charts and the query tracker.
analytics.readonly	Read-only access to Google Analytics 4	Sessions, users and pageviews of your sites — traffic cards and day-over-day dynamics.

Every scope is read-only: the Service cannot change, add or delete anything in your Google accounts.

What we do with Google data

• Display it to you in your dashboard: metrics, charts, history, query positions.
• Store aggregated daily snapshots so charts have history.
• Nothing else.

What we never do with Google data

• We do not transfer it to third parties (except hosting infrastructure required to run the Service, or when required by law).
• We do not use it for advertising or marketing targeting.
• We do not sell it.
• Humans do not read it — except with your explicit consent, for security/debugging, or to comply with the law.
• We do not use it to train machine-learning or AI models.

Storage

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used only for scheduled synchronization of your data. Each user's data is isolated.

Revoking access

• In the Service: Integrations page → disconnect the Google account. We revoke and delete the tokens.
• On Google's side: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove IndexHub's access.
