Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IndexHub ("the Service"), available at indexhub.pro. By registering or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree — do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

IndexHub is an SEO analytics dashboard: with your authorization it connects to your analytics and webmaster accounts (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Yandex.Metrica, Yandex.Webmaster, Bing Webmaster Tools), collects your statistics on a schedule and shows it in a single panel — together with domain monitoring (registration expiry, SSL, availability), search-query position tracking, notes and notifications. Access to external services is read-only: the Service cannot modify anything in your accounts.

2. Beta period

The Service is currently in open beta. During the beta all features and integrations are available free of charge, no payment card required. After the beta ends, paid plans may be introduced — primarily for accounts with a large number of sites; a free tier is planned to remain. We will announce pricing in advance, and nothing will ever be charged without your explicit consent. During the beta some features may change, appear, or occasionally behave unstably; data collected during the beta stays in your account.

3. Registration and account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Registration data must be accurate; one person may hold one account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access — change the password and contact support.

4. Connecting external services

You confirm you have the right to connect the accounts and sites you add (they are yours or you are authorized to manage them).
By connecting Google, Yandex or Microsoft accounts you also remain bound by the respective provider's own terms of service.
You can disconnect any integration at any time — the Service revokes and deletes the stored tokens.
Data from external APIs depends on the providers: it may be delayed, sampled, anonymized or aggregated on their side; the Service displays what the APIs return.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to:

use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process data you have no right to access;
attempt to breach the Service's security, probe or scan its infrastructure, or access other users' data;
create excessive automated load (scraping the panel, mass-registering accounts, abusing sync);
resell, sublicense or provide access to the Service to third parties as a service of your own;
reverse-engineer the Service except where permitted by law;
circumvent plan limits or beta restrictions.

6. Plans and payment

The Service is free during the beta (section 2). When paid plans are introduced: prices and limits will be published on the site; payment terms will appear in these terms or a separate document; no automatic charges will be made without your explicit sign-up for a paid plan; and downgrading or cancelling will remain possible at any time.

7. Data and privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, the Google API Policy and on the Cookies page. Data the Service reads from your accounts remains yours; you can disconnect integrations and delete data at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — its code, design, name and logo — belongs to the operator of IndexHub. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Your data — statistics, notes, projects — remains yours; we claim no rights to it beyond what is needed to operate the Service.

9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee absence of failures or maintenance windows, and we may change, add or discontinue features. If the Service is to be discontinued entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice so you can export your data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption related to using or being unable to use the Service. Decisions made on the basis of the displayed statistics (SEO, content, commercial) are yours alone. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (during the free beta — to zero, to the extent permitted by law).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — associated data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms, after a warning where reasonably possible.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (liability, IP) survive it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with the date above. For material changes we will notify you in the Service. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
